I ordered this from tottini.com and was surprised by how simple it was to put together. The instructions were clear, the pieces lined up without any hassle, and I had it assembled quickly. I especially appreciated that the hardware was organized well, which made the whole process feel really straightforward.

I was a little unsure at first, so I checked what other people were saying about returns before sending my item back. they were right, I returned one item and the refund came through fast with no hassle at all.

I was disappointed to see that the clothing was manufactured in China.  I was pleased to order from a Jewish owned company and assumed the clothing was manufactured in the USA or Israel.  Also, 2 of the five shorts I ordered seemed more like a girls fit instead of a boys fit.

After a few months, I had a small issue with one of the parts and reached out to Tottini about the warranty. To be fair, I wasn’t sure how smooth the process would be, but they got back to me quickly and didn’t make it complicated. The replacement arrived and everything’s working fine now. Overall, really happy with how they handled it.

The box had a few small dents when it arrived, but everything inside was perfectly fine. No real issues.

Overall, it was mostly like the description, but a couple things didn’t match what I expected. The size and color were a little different in person, so I’d probably look at other people’s photos or reviews before ordering. It’s not bad at all, just wish the details were a bit clearer.

They have a lot of cute stuff here, and I had fun browsing. The selection is good, but it does feel like it could be a bit bigger. Running out of options so quickly seems avoidable, honestly

But they replied quickly and actually answered my question properly, not one of those copy-paste replies. That was really, really appreciated.

Everything got sorted out with no hassle at all. Good, good customer service, and I’d definitely order from them again.

The store itself is fine, and I did end up finding something I liked. But a few things I actually went in for were out of stock, which was annoying because I hate feeling like I missed out on the right size or a good item. I just wish they restocked sizes faster so you don’t lose the chance to grab what you wanted.
